I might have missed this, but is this an opt-in or opt-out class action lawsuit?
It might mean you can’t sue later on as you forfeited your right by virtue of this lawsuit unless you opt-out. That could bite you later with some other lawsuit more favorable for you to join. It could cause more problems than it solves.
What does Sidney Powell think of this? Is there unity there or people running off half-cocked?
Will there be a country by the time this actually gets resolved – when this finally settles, given the rate of demise by the current Dominion-machine elected officials in the DC-swamp?
It could take at least two years minimum but more likely closer to five to resolve..
Has the class certification ruling occurred?
In other words, is this an official class action lawsuit yet?
Do people outside the class even mean anything? Won’t know until the ruling is complete.
A class action has more complicated legal procedures and is likely to take much longer to resolve than an individual lawsuit.
If Trump had real time reporting on the election under his 2018 EO, then why hasn’t he acted on the results since that would be the most favorable method for overcoming the fraud from the 2020 election?
Where is the election fraud proof from the surveillance in support of executing Trump’s 2018 EO? After all one would have to have monitored the election in real time in order to ascertain any fraud occurring by foreign nations.
Trump seems mighty AOL on election fraud proof, but full of commentary about there being fraud, which is a duh realization by any “Joe” with half a brain cell still left in his cranium on any side of the Pico’s.
I guess the lawsuit is good, but I would rather hear from Trump on what proof he has for the 2020 election fraud instead and why he did not do something about it while he was in office?
Trump should “show us the money” or Trump is just another buffoon playing the American people with his antics and oh so alleged concern about saving the nation.
