Former Lockheed Skunkworks Chief Ben Rich said that it would take an “Act of God” to declassify black project technologies used within US secret space programs. Rather than attempt to declassify advanced technologies whose release can easily be blocked by government agencies opposed to disclosure, the US Navy is taking a novel disclosure approach. The United States Space Force has just recruited and promoted the Commander of the Air Force’s 1st Special Operations Wing who had led covert operations around the world and in space.
